Triptich Amplectaris
Covilhã, fevereiro de 2019, para Exposição Individual na Real Fábrica de Lanifícios.
A exposição individual na Real fábrica de Lanifícios abrangeu uma série de capítulos criativos distintos na abordagem ao material, à construção das peças e à forma final. Coerente com uma estética abstratamente orgânica muito singular e baseada no compromisso com um material específico, um material quotidiano e extraordinário, ancestral e sempre promissor, sólido e infinitamente plástico, rústico e inteligente, um desperdício nobre, generoso e sustentável.
Uma reunião de criaturas que contam estórias entre si, sobre nós e os outros. Esta é uma exposição de vínculos criados pelas fibras e pelos humanos que as tocam e se deixam tocar, com esculturas têxteis envolventes para sentir, ver e ponderar todo o universo criado pela vinculação humana ao outro.

A fibra pulposa que se torna o têxtil que cobre o Corpo. Que lhe esconde as partes, que o corrige e que o envaidece, a tentar ser Corpo.
Pele - O corpo a aprender tudo ao contrário perro de pudor e depois preso de paixão.
Cabelo - Resolvo-me no branco dos lençóis, como o Mar se resolve contra as paredes das marés vivas.
Osso - Que serias se não fosses alimento recortado em pele e osso.
Técnicas e materiais: Lã portuguesa feltrada sobre seda, pigmento termocromático (altera a sua cor em relação à temperatura), Cabelo.

The exhibition at the Real Fábrica de lanifícios covered a series of distinct creative chapters on the approach to the material, the construction of the pieces and the final form. Coherent with a unique abstractly organic aesthetic and based on a commitment to a specific material, an everyday and extraordinary material, ancestral and always promising, solid and infinitely plastic, rustic and intelligent, a noble, generous and sustainable waste.
A gathering of creatures that tell stories to each other about us and others. This is an exhibition of bonds created by fibres and by the humans who touch them and allow themselves to be connected with engaging textile sculptures to feel, see and ponder the entire universe created by the human bond with the other.
Triptich Amplectaris- Skin | Hair | Bone

The pulpy fibre becomes the textile covering the Body. That hides its parts by correcting them and flattering them, trying to be a Body.
Skin - The body learns everything contrary to shame and then gets trapped in passion.
Hair - I resolve myself in the white of the sheets as the Sea resolves itself against the walls of spring tides.
Bone - What would you be if you weren't food cut into skin and bone.
Materials and techniques: Portuguese wool is felted on silk, thermochromic pigment (changes its colour in relation to temperature), and hair.
